
Front Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records of guest check-ins, check-outs, and room availability.
- Process payments, generate invoices, and handle cash or credit transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Support the front office team during peak hours or staff shortages at other branches if needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in front office operations, preferably in a hotel.
- Proficiency in **English and Tamil**; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with **PMS software** (e.g., IDS, Opera, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to handle **multiple tasks under pressure** with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to **travel to other hotel branches in emergencies**.
- Basic knowledge of billing and accounts is an added advantage.
