**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Electrical Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary goal will be to enhance the shopping experience by assisting customers in finding the right products and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our store.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating merchandise.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Process transactions accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring that displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and managing stock levels.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and store offerings.
