**Tele Sales Executive (Banking)**

Are you passionate about sales and enjoy engaging with customers? Join our high-energy team as a **Tele Sales Executive - Banking**, where you’ll promote key financial products, build strong customer relationships, and contribute directly to business growth in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to promote banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, and insurance.
- Engage with potential customers, explain product features clearly, and convert leads into successful sales.
- Handle inbound inquiries efficiently with accurate product information and professionalism.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure complete process compliance and timely updates in CRM systems.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate or Undergraduate with **6 months-2 years** of experience in Tele Sales or Customer Service.
- Prior experience in **Banking, Financial Services, or Telesales** preferred.
- Excellent **English communication skills (mandatory)**.
- Fluency in **any two regional languages** is an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹290,000.00 per year
