**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**

**Core Responsibilities**
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Relationship Manager and Team Lead roles for the assigned location.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and trackers on Google Sheets.
- Provide regular updates to regional HR heads and business teams regarding recruitment status.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hiring sales professionals or related domains.
- Prior field hiring experience (e.g., frontline sales recruitment) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel for maintaining recruitment trackers and reporting is required.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed and Apna.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to engage with internal stakeholders and hiring managers effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Target-driven and proactive recruitment approach.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles/locations simultaneously.
- Good understanding of the sales domain and talent landscape.
