**Details**:
**Job Title**:Operations Executive (NVOCC Industry).
**Location**: Mumbai, India.

**Rounds of Interview as follows**:
**1st **:Online Quickfire Test, 10 Questions In 8 Minutes.

**2nd **:Personal Interview with HR

**3rd **:Aptitude Test - Attention To Details, Numerical & Data Analysis, Verbal, Reasoning

**4th **:Technical round with HOD.

**After selection**:
Process training in classroom format for 1 week followed by assessment. Upon passing, an assessment will be sent to the floor.

**Salary are as follows**:
Probation Period 6 Months (Salary 40,000/- Gross).

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Coordinate and manage the end-to-end operational activities related to NVOCC shipments, including documentation, booking, cargo handling, and delivery.

**2. **Liaise with various stakeholders, including slot operators, agents, freight forwarders, and customers, to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.

**3. **Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading or Delivery order and other required documents.

**4. **Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates, resolve inquiries, and address any operational issues that may arise.

**5. **Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.

**6. **Coordinate with customers and ensure timely pickup of containers and delivery.

**7. **Monitor and track shipment statuses using the company's online systems and tools, and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.

**8. **Handle and resolve operational issues, such as delays, damages, and claims, in a timely and effective manner.

**9. **Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, documentation, and customer interactions.

**10. **Stay informed about industry regulations, shipping trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize operational processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
