As a Telemarketer in the têxtile industry, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients through telephone communication to promote and sell têxtile products or services. Your role will involve reaching out to individuals and businesses, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our têxtile offerings to meet those needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the têxtile industry.
- Introduce our company's têxtile products or services to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product line and features.
- Engage in active listening to identify customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
- Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and delivery options.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our têxtile products and services.
- Handle objections and concerns from potential customers in a professional manner.
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Achieve weekly or monthly sales targets set by the sales manager or team lead.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales processes and ethical standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the têxtile industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards challenges and rejection.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
