Major Deliverables / Job Profile:'¢ Hands on Experience in Catia 3D modeling and 2 D creation. '¢ Concept preparation fo r different mechanism Parts, Detail engg. Work, '¢ Co-ordination with supplier for Feasibility and Finalizing the concepts of Mechanism Parts.'¢ Create Technical Proposals for New Concepts & resolution of Technical Issues to meet attributes.'¢ DM U check and releases of the final design in the system as per customer guidelines, Preparation of DFMEAs, Finalizing DVPs.'¢ T o support the resolution of SOP related and the Validation issues.'¢ Good understanding of mechanism parts related to automoti ve domain'¢ Should be good at working on mechanism concept design using Catia V5'¢ Good understanding of kinematics and basic design calculations for example leverages, etc.'¢ Working knowledge in DFMEA/DFM/testing etc.'¢ Detailed understan ding of DMU check, 2D drawing preparation and PLM release activities'¢ Experience in giving styling feedbacks for different CA S levels'¢ Basic understanding of regulatory requirements especially pertaining to mechanism parts Software:
- Catia V5 and P LM systemsKnowledge:General Construction of Body Mechanism, Raw Materials, Assembly of Mechanism parts, Vehicle & Aggregate Regul ations applicable to Mechanism, Mechanism Parts Functions, Test Standards & Structural Requirements (such as Durability, Crashworthiness, Sealing, Corrosion prevention etc.), Awareness of Interface with other aggregates. Six Sigma Tools (DFMEA, DFM, DFA & DFS), GD&T, EPS and the NPI Process. Cost drivers. Tools:Working knowledge of Engineering Tools (Analysis modules in CATIA, KIN, VizVSA)
