Manager **Grade**: (if applicable) - (Functional)_ **Number of Direct Reports**: **Directorship / Registration**: **Position Purpose** - Invoice management team _is primarily responsible for processing all the invoices received from counterparties within specified deadline._ **Responsibilities** **Direct Responsibilities** - The key function of the Inputter is to input invoice on a daily basis with high level of accuracy - Investigate and clear incomplete invoices on a daily basis and escalate any issues to Validator wherever necessary - Should perform EOD / BOD activities - Should work towards achieving the agreed KPI for the team - Completing the Instruction checklist to ensure all the task are effectively performed - Prioritization of various instructions received in order to meet the cut-off **Technical & Behavioral Competencies** - Ability to communicate to others in a clear, articulate fashion. - Good written and oral communication skills. - Good listening and questioning ability. - Be able to express ideas effectively in individual and group situations - Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload. - Ability to work in an organized manner. - Must have an attention to detail - Generate creative solutions to problems. - Always looks for ways to improve services and processes. - Be able to adapt to markets and clients evolution. - Ability to work with autonomy. **Specific Qualifications **(if required) **Client Focus** Complete commitment to provide professional, intelligent and timely responses to our clients’ needs and to changes in the market. **Communication** - Oral_: Expressing ideas effectively in individual and group situations.
