**POSITION PURPOSE**:

- Associate joining the team should have a complete knowledge about investment banking, The Client Reporting Team provide Fund Administration services and ensures accurate fund (positions, transactions, valuations) and accounting records (ledger).

**Responsibilities**

Direct Responsibilities

The key function of the Associate Level1 is to clear the breaks and generate the report and deliver it within deadline.

Understanding and adhering to respective deadlines for various fund setups and activities within the team

Investigate and clear Reconciliation breaks on a daily basis and escalate breaks to Validator wherever necessary

Should perform EOD activities

Should work towards achieving the agreed KPI for the team

Completing the Instruction checklist to ensure all the task are effectively performed

Should create customer focus and display adequate insight and ensure adequate knowledge on the process.

Accessible, fair, empathetic and treats everyone with respect.

Work closely and proactively with all internal and external teams on the day to day operations.

Demonstrate high level of competency & Analytical skills.

Acquire complete knowledge of process to be SME.

Handle BAU effectively with less support from peers.

To get trained in the end to end process and perform the BAU activities with nil errors.

Need to perform the Complex Reporting with Nil dependencies and work on the, Exceptional breaks etc.,

Handle BAU effectively with less support from oversight model.
