Handling general queries and associated administration from Ford Motor Company, Ford Dealers within regions and other internal and external customers as required.
- Accurate and timely administration of key processes on in-house software systems
- Inputting the invoices into MDRO System and processing payments received in bank statement.
- Support Retail cash allocation for European markets based on the Customer payments.
- Reporting the daily SLA and Quality metrics to People Leader.
- Support ongoing projects and new system launches.
- Provide support to other business center teams within Wholesale and Dealer Credit operations as required.
- Flexibility to work in different shift hours to meet the business requirement.
- Positive approach in providing excellent dealer and customer service and taking accountability for resolving or escalating dealer/ customer queries as required.
- Confident in meeting deadlines with mínimal supervision, whilst maintaining high level of quality and efficiency.
- Experience in handling multiple SLAs and good conceptual understanding of the business.
- Willingness to learn new skills and put into practice, developed through on the job trainings.
- Strong understanding of MS Office Tools
- Strong analytical skills
