**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design social media graphics, banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other visual materials.
- Collaborate with senior designers and marketing team on creative campaigns.
- Adapt and resize existing designs for different platforms and formats.
- Maintain consistency in design and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Edit and retouch photos when necessary.
- Assist in creating layouts for promotional and marketing materials.
- Manage time efficiently and meet design deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in graphic design (internship/freelance experience accepted).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
- Good understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Ability to take feedback positively and make quick iterations.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Grant Road or nearby areas in Mumbai.
