**Job Title**: IPM Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**IPM Implementation**:

- Collaborate with farmers, distributors, and stakeholders to promote and implement IPM practices in agriculture.
- Provide field-level guidance on the use of agricultural traps and other IPM tools.
- Monitor pest activity and crop health to recommend timely and effective pest management solutions.

**Education and Training**:

- Educate farmers and stakeholders on the benefits and practices of IPM.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to build awareness and skills in sustainable pest management.
- Stay updated on advancements in IPM technologies and methods to share knowledge with the team and stakeholders.

**Field Operations and Support**:

- Coordinate field visits and demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of agriculture traps and other IPM tools.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, pest management outcomes, and farmer feedback.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving for farmers using IPM tools.

**Market and Territory Management**:

- Assist in identifying target areas and potential customers for agriculture trap solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and local stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
- Monitor local market trends and pest patterns to adapt strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (BSc Agri) or Diploma in Agriculture with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is essential.
- A keen interest in learning and implementing IPM practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with farmers and stakeholders effectively.
- Basic knowledge of crop management and pest control techniques.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and training activities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with local cropping systems and agricultural practices.
- Experience in conducting fieldwork or farmer training programs.
- Basic data collection and report preparation skills.

**Location Preference**:
Applicants from Nandurbar, Dhule, and Jalgaon are preferred.
