As a **Logistics Supervisor in the logistics industry, **you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the logistics team to ensure efficient and effective handling of shipments, inventory, and warehouse activities. Your role will involve supervising staff, monitoring performance, and implementing operational procedures to meet customer requirements and business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate logistics activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and order fulfillment, to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods and materials.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to logistics staff, prioritize workloads, and ensure that daily operational targets and deadlines are met.
- Train, coach, and mentor logistics staff to develop their skills, knowledge, and performance, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics staff, providing feedback, performance reviews, and disciplinary action as needed to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Oversee the use of logistics equipment, tools, and resources, ensuring proper maintenance, safety, and utilization to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to facilitate the smooth flow of materials and information across the supply chain and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of logistics activities, including inventory levels, shipping/receiving logs, and quality control reports, to support operational reporting and analysis.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, security measures, and regulatory compliance procedures to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to legal requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives in logistics operations, and collaborate with management to implement changes and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in logistics management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
