Overall objectives and expectations
This role is accountable to handle the enterprise and end customer business for Beetel. Focused approach in the responsibility includes to handle segments like BFSI, large enterprise, corporate and govt clients..
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Specific activities required and results needed to excel
1. Focused approach in the responsibility includes to handle segments like BFSI, large enterprise, corporate and govt clients. (IC role)
2. Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution.
3. Develop market intelligence and expansion of online and offline channels. Exploring new markets and to expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
4. Plan, execute and achieve the budgeted sales targets as per the business plan.
5. Experience in Network/Data Center product - Routing, Switching and Unified Communication solutions
6. Ensure accurate forecasting as per monthly and yearly forecasting reports, ensure forecasts accuracy.
7. Ensuring Sales Targets are met and will be responsible for the collections of the sales made.
8. Ensure the team development plans are documented and leadership development plans in place for High performers.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
Qualifications, skills, experience, abilities, behaviours
**ESSENTIAL**
1. BTECH, computer and engineering background, +MBA
2. Customer handling experience must
3. Experience should be 8 years +
4. Must have handled the business product - Pref Networking business, Data Center Solutions Hardware/Software
5. High on work ethics & result orientation
6. Ability to collaborate and coordinate across global, regional and local teams in both a service and execution capacity
7. Preferable industry: Networking Routing/Switching, Data Center Solutions like Hardware and Related Software
**DESIRABLE**
1. Strong analytical skills & exceptional clarity in thinking
2. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
3. Entrepreneurial skills desirable
4. Individual Contributor role
5. Communication/Influencing skills in presenting results to Senior Management on performance to target, issues, opportunities and risks and strategic insights on business performance.
