**Description**:
The purpose of this role is to support the Business Development Manager in identifying new business opportunities and developing and maintaining relationships with clients, to achieve Business Development goals. This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the prospects and internal teams.

**Experience required**:
1-2 years of experience in developing and growing sales and building relationships with key prospects

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and respond to inbound leads from various sources.
- Conduct discovery calls with clients to gather project requirements and assess their needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to scope and plan the project, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Develop proposals and share costs with clients.
- Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Work on building pitch decks and strategies
- Identify new avenues and opportunities for the company’s growth
- Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
- Maintain accurate records of all BD activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on business performance, pipeline activity, and other key metrics to senior management
