We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Accounts Executive** to join our team and manage key financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update accounts using **Tally** with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including data entry, posting transactions, and reconciling accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial data.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and government offices for financial and compliance-related matters.
- Handle office-related external work, including visits to taxation departments, municipal offices, and other government authorities as needed.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum **B. Com/M. Com (Commerce Graduate)**.
- **Experience**: At least **1-3 years** in an accounting, finance, or taxation-related role.
- Strong knowledge of **Income Tax, GST, and TDS regulations**.
- **Proficiency in Tally** and **MS Office (Excel, Word)**.
- Strong understanding of **accounting principles and financial reporting**.
- Excellent **numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills**.
- **Gujarati typing skills would be an added advantage.**:

- Good **communication and interpersonal skills**.
