**About the role**:
**Key result / decision areas (outcomes)**

Act as technical expert on Switching, Security and Meraki (SD WAN), DC (ACI) technologies.

Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking, DC (ACI), security and Meraki (SD WAN) problems

Deploy and support multi-vendor network, DC (ACI) & security solutions with Meraki (SD WAN) solutioning

Deploy and support network, security and sd wan monitoring & management tools

Prepare/update HLD & LLD, process and technical documentation

Support on Sev 1 incidents to resove within SLA

Perform RCA based on OEM inputs

Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on network, DC (ACI), security and Meraki (SD WAN)

Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations

Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers

Provide training to operations team (L1/L2)

Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products

7. Coordination with venders/Partners for smooth execution of activities, Critical change, problem & new implementation.

8. Understnding customer requirement and work with pre-sales team in desigining, transition & transformation projects.

**About you**:
12 TO 15 years of related experience in Routing, Switching, Security and different OEM - SD WAN, DC SETUP. Cloud base implementation -AWS/AZURE.

Implementation and operational experience with enterprise class routers, switches and firewalls

Implementation and operational experience.

Experience with load balancers, internet gateways, IPS/IDS etc.

Experience in network security technologies like ACLs, VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN, IPSEC, GRE etc.

Experience in datacenter networking like BGP-Lite, VLAN, VxLAN, FCoE, TRILL, OTV, IS-IS etc.

Experience of working with Visualization technologies ( VMware, Hyper-v etc.) and virtual network

Experience of datacenter consolidation, transformation and migration projects

Knowledge and experience on cloud computing infrastructure and orchestration

Knowledge of Software Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization technologies

2 - CCIE certified R&S/ Datacenter/Security

3 - additional CCNA/CCNP certified
