- onduct regular audits, check document quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project procedures. B
- e in continuous touch with the PM to be on top of any internal or external documentation. P
roject Cost Control: E
- nsure alignment with client expectations and deadlines while coordinating with billing, finance, and project teams to manage accounts receivable, timesheets, expenses, and invoice-related queries. P
- repare billing drafts, compile and verify monthly invoices, and ensure accurate manual data entry and mapping to final invoice sheets. M
- anage project setup, budgeting, task assignments, and closeout activities in Oracle Horizon, including maintaining WBS, time transfers, and compliance checks. A
- ble to create Opportunity in Oracle based Horizon during proposal/ pre-proposal and update status based on directions from PM. E
- nsure necessary Risk Assessment procedures are followed while creating the opportunity in Horizon as well as help in preparing RMIS document. S
- upport financial analysis and reporting by using financial systems [excel based Project Cost (PC) Control/ Project Financial Analysis Report (PFAR) tools] to track project performance metrics, generate monthly accruals, and assess impacts of scope changes and forecast deviations. C
- ollaborate with design teams to collect engineering progress data for Earned Value (EV) analysis and maintain accurate tracking of planned value, actual cost, and schedule. A
- ct as liaison between GCC India and US teams for project setup, billing, and timesheet coding, while supporting the E&E PMO team in portfolio monitoring. C
- onduct data integrity checks, audits, and maintain project documentation including lessons-learned databases and meeting records. S
- hould have extensive knowledge of working with ERP for project creation and maintenance. S
- hould be able to create and track change order and identify, quantify and mitigate risk acting as a buddy to the PM. P

- reate, update, and maintain resource
- and cost-loaded project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP) or Primavera P6, based on stakeholder input, proposals, and scope documents. D
- evelop activity lists, identify critical paths, and notify teams of key activities and schedule risks. M
- onitor project progress, detect deviations, and support recovery planning and schedule forecasting. A
- ssess and report impacts of changes to baseline schedules and milestones, ensuring timely updates and resolution tracking. S
- upport bids and proposals by preparing preliminary schedules and timelines. U
- se Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial systems to analyze and report project performance and KPIs. M
- aintain accurate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and integrate project schedules under an Enterprise Project Structure (EPS). O

- raft and prepare supplier and subcontractor contracts in alignment with prime contract requirements, ensuring all necessary terms are accurately flowed down; support the US team in contract finalization and negotiation. T
- rack contract performance, manage renewals and extensions, and maintain organized contract documentation and repository. C
- reation and renewal of Work Orders (WOs) and timely vendor invoice updates in Oracle Horizon ERP. C
- ollaborate with Project Managers, and Finance to monitor project expenses, resolve contract-related queries, and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements. C
- oordinate procurement requests from project teams, provide operational support, and assist in internal procurement audits and training. U
- tilize analytics and forecasting tools to support procurement planning, maintain accurate procurement records in Oracle, and contribute to continuous improvement through industry best practices. K
ey Competencies / Skills: P
- roficient in MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel; experience with Oracle ERP (Horizon/NetSuite), Power BI is a plus. S
- killed in project scheduling tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project (MSP), and SmartSheets. F
- amiliar with documentation control platforms such as Aconex, Autodesk, ProjectWise. S
- trong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial systems related to project control. C
- ombined minimum 8 years of experience in project scheduling, cost control, documentation, and procurement. E
