Scheduling Assistant

Duties will include:

- Attending patient calls to answer general queries and book appointments
- Conducting follow-ups with patients for partial advance payment and appointment confirmation before the scheduled appointment
- Co-ordinating with the doctor daily to update and schedule the calendar
- Maintaining contact details of the patients

**Requirements**:

- Should be able understand and type in English to co-ordinate with patients on WhatsApp
- Should be willing to work long term

Duty timings: 10am to 7pm (Mon-Sat)

Experience: 1 year (preferred)

Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi (preferred), Gujarati (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
