Project Planning Role:

The objective of this position is to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP works for datacenter projects.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and alignment with project standards.

  • Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project software.
  • Create work breakdown structures (WBS), project baselines, and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Track progress of MEP activities (HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing, ELV) and report deviations from expected timelines.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, site execution, and subcontractors to guarantee timely deliverables.
  • Conduct project review meetings to highlight critical activities and potential risks.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Support resource forecasting, productivity analysis, and cost control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and datacenter-specific standards.
  • Assist in project close-out activities including as-built schedules and documentation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 4-10 years of experience in planning and scheduling of MEP works, preferably in datacenter / industrial / large commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project software.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, ELV).
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working on datacenter projects or critical infrastructure facilities.
  • Familiarity with project cost control, earned value management, and risk analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
