We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Video Content Coordinator** to ensure smooth execution of product shoot days. You'll work closely with videographers, models, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand video content efficiently.

**Location: Whitefield, Bangalore**

**Department: Content / Production**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate shoot schedules and track daily progress
- Prepare and sequence products for shoots, ensuring they are camera-ready
- Collaborate with videographers and models to maintain creative consistency
- Update Google Sheets with FSN IDs and upload footage to Azure
- Oversee content flow and ensure quality control
- Act as a bridge between production, inventory, and project teams
- Maintain shoot logs and improve shoot-day workflows

**Must-Have Skills**
- Strong organization and time management
- Attention to detail and creative alignment
- Basic video production understanding
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel, and cloud tools
- Excellent coordination and communication

**Good-to-Have Skills**
- Experience in fashion/e-commerce shoots
- Familiarity with visual content tools
- Ability to manage fast-paced shoots
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹280,105.23 - ₹300,000.70 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
