**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Webinars (Primary Responsibility)**
- Plan, organize, and run monthly webinars end-to-end(topic research, briefing, scripts, speaker coordination, platform setup, invites, hosting, Q&A, and post-webinar follow-ups)
- Host webinars confidently and engage live audiences
- Manage seamless technical execution
- Create post-event summaries, snippets, and follow-up communications
- Coordinate with product, sales, and content teams to identify impactful webinar themes

**2. Short-Form Video Creation (Core Requirement)**
- Create short videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Write scripts, storyboard, and film video content
- Edit videos using tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar
- Produce crisp, high-quality videos that communicate product value, insights, and trends
- Be comfortable being on camera and delivering content confidently
- Repurpose webinar content into multiple short clips

**3. Communication & Coordination**
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content
- Build engagement with community and pre-webinar audiences
- Present ideas clearly and take ownership of assigned projects

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, content, events, or media
- Excellent communication, presentation, and on-camera speaking skills
- Strong video creation ability (shooting + editing + scriptwriting)
- Confident hosting live events/webinars
- Basic familiarity with webinar tools (Zoom/Meet/WebinarJam)
- Highly organized and proactive with full ownership mindset
- Creative thinker with storytelling ability

**Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)**
- Previous experience hosting webinars or events
- Understanding of SaaS, HRTech, or B2B audiences
- Social media content experience
- Community-building or event promotion skills
