**Video Content Creator**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Video Production**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and the company website.
- Create promotional videos, tutorials, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Handle all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and camera setup.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Add graphics, transitions, effects, and animations to enhance video quality.
- Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring proper format, aspect ratio, and quality.
- **Content Ideation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts aligned with the brand’s goals.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and competitor strategies to create innovative and engaging content.
- **Storytelling and Scriptwriting**:

- Develop engaging scripts and storyboards for video projects.
- Ensure content conveys a clear and impactful message tailored to the target audience.
- **Asset Management**:

- Organize and maintain a library of video assets, including b-roll, sound effects, and stock footage.
- Ensure proper backup and archiving of all video projects.
- **Analytics and Performance**:

- Track and analyze video performance metrics to improve future content strategies.
- Incorporate audience feedback and data insights into content planning and creation.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Familiarity with motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- **Creativity and Storytelling**:

- Exceptional storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- **Time Management**:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- **Collaboration**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
- **Knowledge of Trends**:

- Familiarity with current video trends and best practices on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in video production or content creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing video projects across different platforms.
