Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Content Creator to develop engaging video content across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for ideating, filming, editing, and producing high-quality videos that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, knows the latest video trends, and can turn ideas into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, script, shoot, and edit original video content for social media, YouTube, website, and marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand content goals and messaging.

  • Operate and maintain video equipment, lighting, and sound gear.

  • Optimize video content for SEO and platform-specific best practices (e.g., vertical video for TikTok/Instagram Reels).

  • Stay current with trends in video content, social media, and new technology.

  • Edit raw footage into polished final versions, adding graphics, sound effects, and music where appropriate.

  • Manage video project timelines and meet deadlines consistently.

  • Maintain an organized archive of video content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a video content creator, videographer, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

  • Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects is a plus).

  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

  • A strong portfolio or showreel of previous video work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or LinkedIn.

  • Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design.

  • Familiarity with video analytics and performance metrics.
