**Job Title**: Social Media Content Creator and On-Camera Presenter

**Job Summary**

**Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation**:

- Develop engaging and creative content ideas for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Produce high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content tailored to platform-specific trends and audience preferences.
- Write scripts and create storyboards for video content.

**On-Camera Presentation**:

- Act as the on-camera spokesperson for brand-related content, including tutorials, product reviews, promotional videos, and live sessions.
- Deliver clear, engaging, and professional presentations that resonate with target audiences.
- Be comfortable improvising and answering audience questions during live sessions.

**Social Media Management**:

- Collaborate with the social media team to plan and schedule content aligned with the content calendar.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging trends to optimize content reach.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with videographers, designers, and editors to ensure the production of high-quality content.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and messaging.

**Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze the performance of social media content using analytics tools.
- Use insights to improve future content strategies and drive engagement and conversions.

**Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Professional Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation or a similar role.
- Previous experience in on-camera presenting or public speaking is highly desirable.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video production and editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices for content creation.
- Knowledge of basic lighting, sound, and camera techniques for video recording.

**Soft Skills**:

- Confident and charismatic on-camera presence.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to changing trends and creative feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience hosting live streams or events on social media platforms.
- Familiarity with trending hashtags, memes, and viral content.
- A strong portfolio showcasing past social media content and on-camera work.
