Role: Social Media Content Creator

Pay: ₹15000- 25,000 per month

Schedule: Day Shift

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation:
○ Develop and produce high-quality content for social media, including posts, reels, and stories.

○ Transform blog content into engaging carousel posts for platforms like Instagram, Instagram and LinkedIn.

○ Create visually compelling graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that resonate with our target audience.
- Content Strategy and Planning:
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals.

○ Plan and schedule content to ensure a consistent and timely delivery across all platforms. -Coordination and Collaboration:
○ Work closely with architects, designers, and other departments to gather information and materials needed for content creation.

○ Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, and graphic designers as needed to enhance content quality.

○ Coordinate with the AD agencies to gain insights on the AD performance.
- Engagement and Analytics:
○ Monitor and analyze the performance of content across different platforms using analytics tools.

○ Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

○ Adjust content strategies based on performance metrics and feedback to improve engagement and reach.

Requirement:

- Skills and Abilities:
○ Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for design.

○ Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software ○ Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

○ Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

○ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Personal Attributes:
○ Creative thinker with a passion for architecture and design.

○ Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

○ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, architects, and other team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, communications or related field
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in the architecture or design sectors.

- Knowledge in color theory, typography, graphic and layout design
- Content Writing
- Social Media Marketing
- Community Management
- Project Coordination Software:

- Adobe Creative Suite (or specific programs like Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Affinity Designer 2 (Similar to Adobe illustrator )
- Procreate or Precreate Dreams
- Canva (if relevant)
- Video Editing Software (e.g. Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
