
Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Record Keeping:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other documentation.
- Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices and prepare payments for approval.
- Manage accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing clients and following up on overdue payments.
3. Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements with the company’s financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
4. Tally Software Utilization:
- Use Tally software to input data, generate reports, and manage financial transactions.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of financial information in Tally.
5. Administrative Support:
- Assist with preparing financial statements and reports.
- Provide support for internal and external audits as needed.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field.
2. Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar accounting role is preferred but not required.
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally software is essential.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
4. Other Requirements:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Performance bonus
