**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to introduce Villkart's range of Natural produce and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Understand the unique needs and preferences of each client and tailor product offerings accordingly.
- Provide detailed information about the quality, benefits, and certifications of our organic produce to interested clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales by effectively addressing any objections or concerns raised by clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and conversions, using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies to drive B2B sales.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the agriculture or food industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of organic farming practices and certification standards is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
