**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential students based on leads from social media and other marketing campaigns.
- Provide detailed information about the university's programs and offerings.
- Follow up on leads promptly and maintain regular communication to nurture interest.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as necessary to advance the lead through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies to maximize lead conversion.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in lead calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
- Previous experience working with educational institutions is a plus.
