We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Officer to join our sales team and contribute to our growth in Jagatsinghpur and their border districts.

As a Sales Officer at Ruchak India Snacks, you will play a critical role in achieving and surpassing sales targets within your designated area.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders, driving product visibility, and ensuring the availability of Ruchak snacks in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by effectively selling our range of snacks and namkeen products.
- Expand the distribution network by identifying and onboarding new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stockouts.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales in retail outlets.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Odia and Hindi.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
