**Responsibilities**:
Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks in the assigned territory.

Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for Jindal Panther TMT Bars.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.

Provide product demonstrations and technical assistance to customers.

Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.

Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.

**Requirements**:
Any graduate with 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel or construction materials industry.

Strong distributor handling and channel management skills.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities effectively.

Must be open to relocation to the assigned locations.
