**District Officer Officer Job Details**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented **District Officer** to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
**Field Officer Responsibilities**:
- Visit & Onboard All Establishments/Customers As Per Our Products Requirements.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Hiring/Onboarding and training Establishment/Employees and ensuring Establishment/staff meets their quotas and goals.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
**Field Officer Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2 or more years experience in sales.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients and participants
- Create, compile and export databases containing all information for each event
- Create budgets for events and allocate funds accordingly
- Take reservations for booths and speaking engagements
- Process end-of-day reports
- Process and file invoices from vendors
- Inspect public areas prior to events and direct the custodial staff
- Promote brand image and awareness through social media
- Form contacts with local media outlets, both online and off
- Answer potential clients’ questions about facility and amenities
- Maintain and evaluate audiovisual equipment
**Salary Monthly: Rs.18,000/-**
Basic Pay: Rs.6000/
- Travelling Expenses: Rs.3000/
- Target Based Commision: Rs. 9000/
- **Note: Minimum Qualification: +2 With Computer Knowledge**
**Notes**:
- Work Area: Any Where In Odisha Or Specified By Company
- Work Timing: 10 A.M. To 6 P.M.
- Must Have Own Smart Phone.
- Tracking Software Provided By Company.
- Must Have Own Two Wheeler & Valid License.
- Must Have Good Communication Skill.
- Must Have Good Knowledge In Social Media Use.
- Work Process Provided By Company.
- Daily Visit Minimum 20+ Establishment.
- Daily Digital Marketing.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
