**Job Summary**
This role requires you to talk with students and teachers on our platform to make sure their needs are met. The role closely matches the customer service executive.
However, since we are still a small company, the role will expand and you will be expected to take additional responsibilities as we grow.
Since we are a website and everything you do is on the website, you should be very comfortable with computers - tech support experience is a definite advantage.
**Requirements**:
You have a minimum score of 70% in your last degree.
You are someone who loves to talk and isn't scared of talking on the phone for 8 hours a day.
You have excellent spoken and written English skills.
You are empathetic - you speak as if you care because you do.
You understand things quickly.
You can work with minimum supervision.
You are comfortable with computers and the internet in general.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
