We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team to help us expand our collection and grow our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design innovative collections for women’s kurtis and suits that align with current trends and our brand identity.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques to bring fresh and appealing designs.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the designs are executed to perfection.
- Create detailed sketches, design prototypes, and technical specifications for each design.
- Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to understand customer needs and market demands.
- Maintain an understanding of our target audience and adapt designs accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
- Proven experience in designing women’s ethnic wear, preferably kurtis and suits.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to translate trends into commercially viable designs.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW).
- Excellent sketching skills and understanding of fabric, pattern making, and garment construction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
