**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service Management**:

- Greet and seat guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Oversee the overall dining experience, including order taking, food delivery, and checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle any customer complaints or special requests in a calm, professional manner, resolving issues swiftly.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and direct the waitstaff to ensure high standards of service.
- Train and coach new staff members, including waiters, busboys, and other servers.
- Assign duties to team members, ensuring adequate coverage for each shift.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment by motivating the team.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
- Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and organization of the dining area.
- Ensure the correct presentation of food and beverages to guests, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor food and beverage quality, addressing any issues related to quality before serving to guests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Verify guest orders and confirm any special dietary needs or requests are fulfilled.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Help monitor stock levels, including napkins, cutlery, condiments, and beverages.
- Report any shortages to the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
- **Guest Experience**:

- Take ownership of guest concerns or complaints and provide quick, effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Upsell additional items (e.g., appetizers, drinks, desserts) to increase restaurant sales and guest enjoyment.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements.
- Process payments and tips according to company policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
