**Job Description**:
**Principal duties and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the management of the purchasing function for contract rotatable stock.
- Responsible for safety stock planning related to contractual obligations.
- Provides analytics and insights to achieve inventory control goals and drive standard replenishment practices.
- SAP Master Data support and maintenance for service materials.
- Improves systems and processes by studying current practices, designing modifications in partnership with stakeholders.
- Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures in partnership with stakeholders.
- Provides consultation to our business or enterprise shared services teams.

**Job Related Competencies**:

- Experience in working within SAP for planning, purchasing, data management, and repair/exchange transactions.
- Expertise in MS Excel for data manipulation, problem-solving and analytical skills (ability to distil information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the “story” behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.

**Education & Experience**:

- Full Time Graduate in any stream; Bachelor / Masters Business Administration
- Preferably 7+ years of relevant experience of inventory control in a commercial environment including planning, purchasing and materials management.
- Experience with multi-tasking and ability to deal with frequent change.
- Individual must have a strong customer focus - for both internal and external customers.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in teams and across functions is required
- Exposure to backend Business Processes / Administration in Project life cycle in Operations Support.
- Should have exposure to Global Work style, engagement with Clients sitting at remote locations, across different Time Zones.
- Willing to work in flexible business shifts including NA/LA time zone to drive business stakeholder connect
- Prior experience of working in business operations with hands-on experience of SAP CRM, reverse supply chain (RMA Warranty claims/returns)
