**Job Description: Staff Nurse** **Location**: Nashik **Hospital**: Shree Sai Baba Hospital **Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) **Experience**: Minimum 1 year

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients while maintaining their comfort and safety.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.

- Prepare and assist in medical procedures, surgeries, and examinations.

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure the implementation of best practices in nursing care.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during times of illness or distress.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated on medical practices and nursing advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) qualification from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification from the respective nursing council.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medical procedures and protocols.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in medical record documentation.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions when necessary.
