Ldr Staff Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LDR (Labor, Delivery, and Recovery) Staff Nurse to join our team. The LDR Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to mothers and infants throughout the labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a strong understanding of maternal and neonatal care, and the ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families during a critical time.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide nursing care to mothers during labor, delivery, and recovery phases.
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, assess labor progression, and intervene as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and baby.
- Assist with the delivery process, including coaching mothers through contractions, administering medications as ordered by physicians, and providing emotional support.
- Perform neonatal assessments and provide immediate care to newborns, including resuscitation if necessary.
- Educate mothers and families about breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote patient safety.
**Qualifications**:
- Qualification: GNM
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maharashtra.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Staff Nurse in labor and delivery or maternal-child health setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
