Roles and responsibilities:
An operations executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the operational strategies and goals of a business. They work closely with other executives, such as the CEO, CFO, and CMO, to ensure the operations are in line with the vision and mission of the business. Additionally, they supervise and coordinate the activities of different departments, teams, and managers in order to adhere to the policies, procedures, and standards of the business. Common tasks that an operations executive performs may include analyzing and improving operational processes and systems; managing budgets, resources, and inventory; evaluating and reporting on operational performance and metrics; identifying and resolving any operational issues or risks; implementing and enforcing quality control and safety measures; hiring, training, and developing operational staff; as well as communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
