**Role Overview**

Futuriztic Automation is looking for a reliable and proactive **Admin Executive** to handle day-to-day office operations, material movement, event logistics, and basic HR coordination. This role ensures smooth operations across the office and supports different departments as needed.
**A two-wheeler is mandatory** for travel and material delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office coordination including couriers, stationery, logistics, and administrative tasks
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and overall workspace upkeep
- Handle minor equipment maintenance and coordinate servicing as required
- Purchase office supplies and maintain proper stock records
- Manage material delivery and collection from vendors, clients, and project sites
- Keep accurate records of all material movement and ensure timely logistics
- Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements and dispatch
- Assist in preparation, logistics, and setup for exhibitions, events, and company activities
- Manage transportation of materials and ensure smooth event execution
- Support HR with attendance, documentation, filing, and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and assist in routine HR administrative work
- Provide general operational support to management as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in office administration or coordination preferred (not mandatory)
- Freshers are allowed to apply
- Minimum Education - 12th Pass
- Must have a two-wheeler for material movement and local travel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
- Punctual, responsible, and well-organized

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
