**About the Role**:
We're seeking enthusiastic Sales professionals, particularly freshers those who have graduated with a B.Sc. in Agriculture or an MBA in Agri-Business, to join our team in driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.

**What We Offer**:

- Monthly stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000
- Additional performance-based incentives
- On-site work location in Bangalore
- Opportunity for full-time conversion after 6 months based on performance

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience: Freshers preferred
- Education: B.Sc.Agriculture/MBA in Agri-Business
- Must have strong communication skills and passion for sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify new business leads through market research and outbound prospecting
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent lead generation activities
- Build partnerships with agricultural organizations and stakeholders
- Track and report lead generation metrics and conversion rates
- Drive strategic initiatives and meet performance targets

**Required Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
