**Job Title**: Telecaller
**Location**: Nanganallur, Chennai
**Timings**: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to follow up with prospective and existing patients.
- Provide information about clinic services, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Address patient queries, ensuring clear and accurate information.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic's database.
- Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Meet daily and weekly call goals as set by the clinic management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare services or willingness to learn about clinic procedures is a plus.

- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly and patient-oriented attitude.
- Goal-driven and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
