**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-spoken **Receptionist / Telecaller** to be the first point of contact for our hospital. This role requires handling both **front desk responsibilities** and **inbound/outbound calls** related to patient queries, appointments, and hospital services.
**Key Responsibilities**:Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm, friendly manner.
- Handle patient registrations and check-ins.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling with doctors and departments.
- Manage the waiting area and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain and update patient records and documentation.
- Handle billing inquiries or direct to concerned department.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Telecaller Duties:
- Make outbound calls to confirm or reschedule patient appointments.
- Follow up on missed appointments or incomplete documentation.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, or transfer to the appropriate department.
- Provide basic information about services, timings, doctors’ availability, etc.
- Record and escalate patient complaints or requests as needed.
- Maintain a call log and share daily reports with the supervisor.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or telecaller in a hospital/clinic preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software (if applicable).
- Excellent verbal communication in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
