**REQUIREMENTS**
- Telecallers from Skin & Hair clinics to speak with customers and close sales
- Experience of a minimum of 2 years in an aesthetic clinic setup preferred
- Welcoming patients, giving appointments,and getting registration done
- Coordinating patient progress and maintaining registers/ documentation
- Making outbound calls to potential clients/ leads and converting them
- Manage clinic’s appointment calendar and notify staff of any changes
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
- Process payments, manage billing inquiries and and manage inventory
- Assist patients with completing forms and provide treatment information
- Provide information on post-treatment care and follow-up appointments
