**Job Requirements**:

- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in warehouse domain, implementing and developing strategies to optimize warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and quality assurance.
- Act as domain authority for multiple projects to ensure requirements are met with implementations and Test scenarios with respect to End user requirements.
- Provide guidance and expertise to the Development & Testing team during the project execution with respect to Customer requirements and issue resolutions.
- Experience in complex work environment, including (but not limited to robotics, automation, diagnostic and test equipment).
- Support team in analysing requirements and deriving solutions.
- Interact with customers to present technical solutions and clarify technical /functional aspects of project
- Act as SPoC between Customer & Team with respect to the technical/functional leadership and accountable for quality of functional/technical deliverables.
- Build customer relations through good interactions and responsiveness.
- Preparing and implementing the training programs, research to implement best practices in the projects with respect to reusability and optimization.
- Preparation of high-level scenarios, Use-cases, guidance in estimations based on requirement analysis.

**Work Experience**
- Overall 12+ Years of experience with warehouse domain experience.
- Live Site experience would be value add.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse processes like receiving, storage, inventory management to order fulfilment.
- Experience with Software development/Testing life cycles/methodology/KPI.
- Knowledge of files, Data base concepts, Management & Test management tools - Jira, Confluence, Testrail, GiT.
- Good communication skills.

**Nice to have**:

- Agile methodologies, Scrum, MSSQL. Development technology experience, Automation exposure.
