Develop interactive designs for Web and Mobile apps
- Creation of all design elements for social media outlets - Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create graphic assets like icons, buttons, widgets, and landing pages for use in user interfaces.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief and come up with great User Experience ideas.
- Researching and analyzing industry UX/UI trends and competitor sites and strategies

**Required Skills**:

- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Wire framing tool associated design tools. Animation work will be a plus.
- Passionate about understanding (and keeping the team and clients informed about) current and emerging UX/UI trends.
- Experience with user experience (UX) and User-Centered Design
- Good understanding of Design Principles
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Expertise in Adobe CS, Sketch or Figma, and prototyping tools required; motion design a plus
- A strong collaborator who embraces ambiguity, designs with curiosity and empathy, and brings a positive, optimistic attitude to the team
- Passion for creating experiences in online environments
- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking
- Excellent written and verbal communication
