As a UI to UX lead, you will lead design to make products lovable. You will collaborate with

Engineering & Product teams to create engaging user journeys and an immersive experience.
- Work with the founding team to lead the design vision and execution
- product

experience, branding, visual styling and user research for our entire product offering
- Own the Design strategy and roadmap - Responsible for developing end to end D2C

product journey - requirement gathering, writing BRD, managing UI design, managing

development activity, UAT/CUG testing, backend integration, production movement.
- Establish deep understanding of product/business metrics and ability to translate the

same into design goals

Requirement:

- 3 years or more experience in UI/ UX, Design
- Proficiency in Adobe, Sketch, Keynote etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
