**Opening for UI/UX Designer**

**Position**: UI/UX Designer

**Eduational background**: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for the user experience design of all Web pages and apps.
- Drawing Roadmaps for UX Designs.
- Planning and Implementing Designs with overall planning and management.
- Manage a team of junior UX designers, providing mentoring and training as and when required.
- Manage all forms of requirement gathering, user research and usability testing, ensuring the best methods are selected.
- Work in conjunction with a team of product managers, UI Developers, Frontend developers to deliver on time.
- Act as the central point for all user experience design queries.
- Oversee and approve the creation of all wireframes, prototypes, user flow diagrams and interaction designs.
- Work with the in-house designers and developers to create an effective user experience for our own agency website.
- Represent Dieatto at key industry events as and when required.
- Strong working knowledge of key prototyping tools.
- Up to date knowledge of user-centred design and best practice.
- A strong portfolio which showcases your ability and technical knowledge with a range of clients, preferably FMCG.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Extensive experience with responsive and mobile UX.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Experience**:
4 years of experience in professional UX design roles

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- web design: 1 year (preferred)
- Figma: 4 years (preferred)
- Adobe XD: 4 years (preferred)
