**Job Profile - QA automation tester**

Location: Pune

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Create, execute and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects and bugs.
- Analyze test results and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Design, develop and maintain manual and automated test cases for functional and regression testing.
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Use testing tools to track and manage testing progress, requirements coverage and test case execution.
- Ensure that the testing process complies with the company’s established quality standards.
- Provide support to the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Proven experience in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Java, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
