The QA Tester will participate in the hands-on test creation, manual and automated execution, analysis and reporting of functional and non-functional testing activities. The QA Tester will work on tasks identified in the testing strategy and plan. The QA Tester will be responsible for the accurate recording of defects and the collation of metrics and KPI information for reporting purposes.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- The QA Tester will work on tasks identified in the testing strategy and plan.
- The QA Tester will be responsible for the accurate recording of defects and the collation of metrics and KPI information for reporting purposes.
- The QA Tester assists in the establishment or execution of one or more test plan for a larger testing unit or program.
The QA Tester identifies the tasks and resources needed to ensure that their specific portion of the testing process meets software quality requirements prior to release into a live environment.
- The QA Tester must establish the testing process such as test automation, performance testing, testing process, test environments, test data provisioning.
- Alternately the QA Tester will demonstrate specialist Business Testing knowledge or exceptional business/functional expertise.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- QA Tester with strong hands-on experience with manual and automation testing methodologies and Software Testing life cycle.
- Able to write Test Cases for **End to End HR Business Process flows **involving integration of different Applications
- Strong hands-on experience on **Workday **business process and able to create data for **Payroll **Testing.
- Good understanding of **Workday Recruitment and Hiring, Absence, Compensation and Worker Profile **Modules. Other HCM ERP experience considered as well.
- Should be well versed with Agile Methodology.
- Should have hands-on experience on JIRA and HP-ALM.
- Ability to understand Automation framework, design and implementation (write complex logics, and framework) using Automation tools like **Selenium and/or TOSCA **etc.
- Willingness to Learn new technologies and flexible to get cross trained whenever required.
